You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."
The key to getting there lies in: Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

Goals: devotions ✔️play for choir/Sunday school, 1/2 hour walk up at school, wrap some gifts, dust/vacuum, read. Grateful we missed more snow, my mother m continues to improve, and for His presence in my life. Make it a special Sunday!

Stayed home today finally! Hah! Did a decent amount of cleaning and cut/painted my nails.

DeleteYes! Also got in some exercise and lots of stretching that felt really good. My back popped back into place a couple times haha
