MO/Whole Health Plan
A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action.
You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."
The key to getting there lies in: Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

Goals: devotions ✔️weightlifting script, wrap presents, vacuum, arrange home health care for my mom, read, attend grandson’s Christmas concert tonight. Grateful mom’s life alert is in place, for beautiful Christmas music, and the opportunity to play for solos and services make it a marvelous Monday!
ReplyDeleteSo good she has the life alert! Hopefully it wont be too much waiting/work to get the home services set up so that lil warrior can go back to the comforts of her home!
DeleteAlso, so wonderful she has a daughter like you that cares ❤️❤️❤️
DeleteI've considered life alert since I live alone. It will definitely be a vital safety net that I will gift myself in the future.
DeleteBest wishes to your Mom as she continues to recover!
I agree with Cel that it is wonderful that your Mom has you, her loving daughter! ♥️🙏
Awe you two bring a lump to my throat❤️
DeleteWorked late today. Came home and swept and exercised/stretched. Now here i am!
ReplyDeleteTime for some supper soon and lots of rest/chill time. Have a great evening everyone!
Enjoy your "chill time," while staying warm Friend! ♥️
DeleteChill and stay warm! (How’s that for an oxymoron?!)
DeleteLol! Thanks ladies!

DeleteGod is Great! Let me offer my heartfelt "thanks," for the many blessings he has bestowed upon me!
ReplyDeleteI have 2 new entries for my gratitude journal and am sharing them here. 😁
1. Low tire pressure warning and brake light fault alerts came on the car screen. Ouch! Double-whammy!
So, I go to the dealership for repairs. Getting out of the car I noticed that the valve stem cover is missing. Ok, add to the list. Ha! Walking into the office, my knee seizes up, and I barely make it to the counter and then to a rocking chair out front to wait.
This rocking chair was so comfortable that I want one! The service man came and told me tires are fine, he replaced the valve stem cover, and the brake fault was just a bulb and he replaced it. Then he said, "No charge and have a good evening." Wow! I wasn't expecting that!
2. I stand and hobble my way to the curb. There is a big step-down and I stood there "unsure" how to get down with my left knee not working. Then a man in a nearby rocking chair who was waiting on his car that was being serviced, came to my side and offered me his arm. I asked him if he was sure and he said yes. He helped me off the curb and truly touched my heart for his kindness.
oh my gosh Julie! I truly love that!! Thank you for sharing, so good for my heart❤️. I too, keep a miracle journal of little things. It is so comforting to look back when I face those times of doubt. Hope that knee gets better for you!
DeleteOh what wonderful blessings and relief about your car! I love small acts of kindness, especially from strangers. This is why I always try to do some myself whenever I can! You never know how much you may brighten someones day!
DeleteThank you Ladies! I just knew that you would appreciate how wonderful these unexpected acts of kindness were to me. 🫂♥️
DeleteCel, you are so right that an act of kindness can brighten the day of someone who is having a difficult one, and it's often not obvious that a person is "silently suffering."
