  QUOTE OF THE DAY

MINERALS:

A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action

You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."

The key to getting there lies in:  Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

  1. It's been a good day.
Went to Dollar Tree but, couldn't find the stylus pen with light that I wanted. Started to not feel well while shopping so I came home. I've been fine since getting home.
    Cleaned kitchen and bathroom.
This last day of July seems to have moved fast for me.
Going to do some reading and relax this evening.
Wishing everyone a good evening and pleasant dreams tonight!

    3. Thanks Ladies!
I've felt okay since getting home and back to my AC.
I think as Linda said, it was the heat and humidity got the better of me. I will be sure I'm well hydrated for work tomorrow.

  3. It was another toasty day here. Ran errands early and have been home since. Julie, thanks for sharing the nutrition chart! That was very insightful. I take prescription potassium supplements and barely keep my potassium level in range. My brother struggles with magnesium.

    1. Glad to share!
I found this week's webinar quite informative.
I'm working on increasing my potassium, magnesium, calcium, and I'm low in vitamin D, so making dietary changes to boost my levels before being re-tested in a few months.

    2. Also smart to do errands early in the day when you can when heat and humidity are high.
      Have a good evening l.
