MO/Whole Health Plan
A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action.
You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."
The key to getting there lies in: Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

Goals: devotions✔️attend a small group Bible study this am, work at library this afternoon, attend grandson’s final district bb game tonight. Need to be much more conscientious of what I eat. Up 7 lbs !! Grateful for kindness, anticipation, and safety. Make it a Marvelous Monday!
