Goals: devotions ✔️clean neighbor’s shop, stay with grandson coming off a fever, weight lifting script, groceries, laundry. Grateful for help, guidance, and peace. Make it a Memorable Monday!

DeleteWorked today. Got my walk in at work. Rebound headache is harsh from my migraine yesterday. After work swept, mopped, cleaned bathroom, cleaned litter box. Took out recycling.

You were low on potassium recently too, (I think,) so maybe a banana would be good.
DeleteI did have electrolyte drink and a pickle today. So i dont think its my sodium my bp is low but i may be dehydrated (we were so busy today esp people being off work for the holiday coming in)
DeleteI did eat some potassium rich stuff after work but its not helping. I cant have bananas they hurt my belly? Cause sharp stomach pains its weird.
Ive taken some tylenol hoping some hydration and rest will help. Also stretched.
