WE/Whole Health Plan
A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action.
You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."
The key to getting there lies in: Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

Goals: devotions, visit my mom after her first night here, wrap gifts, clean house, groceries, play for our assisted living Christmas program this afternoon, go to supper with friends tonight. Grateful my mom is here for Christmas, for these 50 degree days in Dec!, and for Godly paths to take. Make it a Wonderful Wednesday!
