  1. Had my black coffee but still fasting.
    Not quite sure what Ill eat today. Maybe a few pistachios and olives in a lil bit and some spinach or a salad for supper.

    1. Ended up having a baked egg white, some spinach (about a cup of cooked) and a small salad.

  2. Breakfast was 1/2 orange with cottage cheese and coffee
    Lunch: something very light( need to get back on track after the weekend)
    Supper: A special fried chicken fundraiser at our golf club tonight
