  1. Breakfast was a piece of 12 grain light toast and peanut butter with black coffee
    Lunch; a protein bar on the road

    1. I had a similar breakfast except my peanut butter was atop a Wasa multi-grain cracker., and coffee-black.
      I also had a protein bar for lunch! (A pure protein chocolate,) and an iced coffee-black.
      Having an egg salad sandwich, baby carrots and cucumbers for crunch, and a black cherry sparkling ice for supper.
