  2. Rest day I guess. Been having heart palpitations today and for days now my legs and inside my abdomen feel fatigued. Strangest feeling.
    I know some.of the heart stuff (if not most) is due to anxiety of giving my notice tomorrow.

    1. Giving notice at your current job most certainly is a source of stress. Also, your Grandpa's condition and your cousin's medical and recovery issue.
      Take a deep breath, meditate, pray, take a walk with Matilda, let cheese offer you his feline brand of healing "purrrrr" vibes!
