    Morning stretches.
    1 mile brisk walk.
    3 Neighborhood walks with my pupper.
    100 leg lifts, each leg.
    Arm exercises.
    30 wall pushups.

    2. Well, my plan changed when I got hit with the stomach flu and so did my son! so his wife stayed home with the kids

  3. So far did 25 coffee table push ups, russian twists, 50 crunches, 40 reverse crunches, and 100 leg Vs for morning work out.
    Running errands and cleaning today. Maybe a walk if it doesnt rain too bad or treadmill.
    Back to work tomorrow.

  4. Walked Matilda 2 miles then came home and vacuumed/swept, cleaned the bathroom and Cheshs litter box.
    Now that tomorrows lunch/snacks are prepped for work and I have stretched going to relax.
