DeleteMy mouth is getting sensitive to to avoiding chewing where my tooth is broken so chewing where my tooth was extracted so Im irritating my gums/roof of my mouth.
ReplyDeleteTime for lots of soft foods I think.
My gastroparesis was slightly better but not a lot so it will be happy to be back on a mainly liquid/semi solid/soft food diet.
Breakfast: 3 maple-flavored sausages, 1 slice toasted whole grain bread with 1 tablespoon Teddy's peanut butter, coffee black.

A light breakfast to take vitamins
ReplyDeleteA soup luncheon after book club today.
I've never been to a soup luncheon. It sounds like a deliciousely good time though. Hmm...maybe I should suggest a soup lunch with friends where we can share our favorite soups and swap recipes.
DeleteWent to my job interview today. My stomachs been a lil up and down so Ive had popcorn mainly today. Made sure i nibbled on some fresh green beans and blackberries to get in some produce and had half my egg white bake i made for protein.

Well, I ended up grabbing a bowl of oats and more cereal before I headed out the door. I do tend to stay away from cereals, but it sure is a nice treat once in a while!

I'm having a slice of pizza, small salad with Italian vinegrette, and a chocolate ice cream dessert cup for supper.

DeleteI love Tombstone Supreme pizza when I have it! I never had sauerkraut with pizza, but it sounds intriguing!
DeleteI'm planning on having sauerkraut with brats this upcoming week.
We will see if I can get in more than liquids and a couple caulistalks today.
