  2. Skipping right into supper for me. Had a small snack after hiking of olives and a scoop of hummus and a few blackberries and raw green beans.
    Making more soup and baked egg for supper tonight.

  3. Breakfast: Protein bar, green tea
    Lunch: 3 maple flavored sausage links, Colby/ Monterey cheese stick, 1/2cup chopped kale, red onion slices in a high-fiber whole wheat wrap
    Supper: Protein bar, green tea, Colby/Monterey cheese stick.I might have a banana yet.

    1. Sounds like a good day for you! I waited too long to actually eat so i ended up having a hard time eating. Ill try having some.protein shake soon.
      Ive also been on the green tea band wagon past couple days!

  4. Breakfast: spinach, banana, blueberry smoothie
    Lunch: bowl of homemade chicken noodle veggie soup as temps are dropping and rain comes in

  7. Will need to choose soft foods for time being due to tooth extraction. Starting off with applesauce and will go from there. Glad I love soups and it’s perfect weather for that now!

  8. Hope you feel better soon Cindy! Tooth pain is awful. I have a broken one right now that I cant wait to get fixed before it becomes so broken it needs more serious work done.
    Osteoporosis will do that to your mouth!
    Today was really busy with nursing validations and getting my vaccines and quickly getting some errands in.
    So I brought green tea/lemon water mix to my validations and had gummy worms and celery sticks after my vaccines.
    Not the best choice lol.
    Not sure what supper will be.

  9. Fighting off the urge to have cereal for breakfast. I hate to start out with that much sugar. maybe I’ll be a good girl and do steel oats instead. might grab a piece of leftover lobster pizza that I brought home last nigh,t and tonight is our block party,so will be a good variety. I will need to stay focused.!!

  10. Been trying to eat today but really sick from my vaccines. Threw up not long ago 🤢🤢

  11. Breakfast with/for hubby: egg, toast, turkey bacon, hashbrowns
    Supper with/for my mom: homemade tomato soup and grilled Swiss cheese sandwich
