DeleteSkipping right into supper for me. Had a small snack after hiking of olives and a scoop of hummus and a few blackberries and raw green beans.

ReplyDeleteLunch: 3 maple flavored sausage links, Colby/ Monterey cheese stick, 1/2cup chopped kale, red onion slices in a high-fiber whole wheat wrap
Supper: Protein bar, green tea, Colby/Monterey cheese stick.I might have a banana yet.
Sounds like a good day for you! I waited too long to actually eat so i ended up having a hard time eating. Ill try having some.protein shake soon.

Will need to choose soft foods for time being due to tooth extraction. Starting off with applesauce and will go from there. Glad I love soups and it’s perfect weather for that now!

Hope you feel better soon Cindy! Tooth pain is awful. I have a broken one right now that I cant wait to get fixed before it becomes so broken it needs more serious work done.

Today was really busy with nursing validations and getting my vaccines and quickly getting some errands in.
So I brought green tea/lemon water mix to my validations and had gummy worms and celery sticks after my vaccines.
Not the best choice lol.
Not sure what supper will be.
Fighting off the urge to have cereal for breakfast. I hate to start out with that much sugar. maybe I’ll be a good girl and do steel oats instead. might grab a piece of leftover lobster pizza that I brought home last nigh,t and tonight is our block party,so will be a good variety. I will need to stay focused.!!
