  4. I need to break my fast this morning and can’t think of what I want in the time I have !
    Will enjoy a bowl of homemade hamburger, vegetable soup for lunch.

      I'm heard out for a grocery pickup and then will have a late breakfast of iced coffee black, chocolate deluxe protein bar, {Pure Protein.) I might also add a Colby/Monterey cheese stick and 2 turkey sausage sticks. That should keep me until supper.

  7. Been making my own low sodium tomato soup at night past couple nights. Its been hitting the spot. Atkins shakes have been helping me get some extra protein/vitamins/substance in daily.

  8. A bit of a change for me. I am sipping on a large iced coffee black, and I ate an extreme wellness, high-fiber wrap (Ole) with 2 turkey sausage sticks, 1 Colby/ Monterey cheese stick, and .5 cup of baby spinach.
    Saving the protein bar for later. Also got bananas, so I might have one with supper.

    1. I loooove bananas and miss them. They started causing bad upper abdominal pain when I eat them lol. So after several times of it happening I said well no more bananas for me!

  10. Attending a brunch later this am, so will choose wisely.
    Evening is a meal provided by our golf club, so portion control needed whatever they serve

    1. Brunch and a meal this evening with your golf club both sound like delicious meals to me. Best wishes with portion control. It can be hard when the choices are soo good! It is doable though, and I am confident you will choose well!

  11. My weight was trending upward this week and I was retaining fluid. I had slacked off on tracking everything I ate, which, is not good for me. On Friday, I refocused on my goals and began again to track every good and beverage I consumed. I've dropped 6lbs of fluid and feel much better. I am determined to stay on track and not sabotage myself and goals.

    1. Im there with ya. I ate stuff Im not used to past couple days and had some drinks and my weight is def up. I have a doc appt for 745am tomorrow. Today is a detox day for sure! Soups and water and teas.

    3. Thank you! I will be headed to dentist after dr appt begging for asap appt... a tooth broke randomly today 😢😢
      I did a good job sticking to my menu of soup amd egg whites and fresh veggies and lots of water and tea!
