  2. . I actually did get in my deliberate movement of 20 minute walk and 40 counter push-ups today! Had a lot of driving to do and clean the beauty shop, but didn’t have to clean, so I took my walk.

    Parking lot & grocery store aisle walking. Next on my list
    At least a 30 minute brisk walk this evening.
    Enjoying a break from high humidity. 😀✅

  7. My right knee has decided to become painful this evening so I will be icing it tonight and wearing a knee brace. I don't recall twisting it, but, something like being an "old lady" has shown itself today. I may have extra-stepped when 2 gentlemen were eager to open a store door for me today. It felt so nice that I was embarrassed internally for enjoying their kind gesture. Maybe I twisted my knee while distracted by my own thoughts. Lol!

    1. That kind of made me chuckle Julie! not laughing that you hurt your knee, but jumping at the gesture. Hope your knee is much better today. Good to have iced it. I totally understand. It doesn’t take much to find a new pain.!!

    4. Sounds like a great day cel, and glad your knee is good Julie! I had no energy today. No ealj, no push-ups, slept 2 hrs this afternoon and off to bed already tired. Hopefully just a rainy day excuse.

  11. Drill Sergeant Tyler woke me this morning by yanking on the scrunchie I wore my hair in last night because my neck felt hot. So first deliberate movement was to get out of bed and follow him to his feeding station, and fill his food bowl, BEFORE, I could use the bathroom! Lol!
    I got in a 30 minute walk this morning Also 15 wall pushups.
    I will get in some movement with cleaning the kitchen and a walk this evening. I'm going to use my trek poles on my evening walk.

  15. Going on a 3 mile hiking trail this afternoon. I have a couple of water bottles chilling in the fridge to take with me to stay hydrated and "chill." 😁

  16. Goals: walk✔️devotions✔️push-ups, clean neighbor’s shop, get groceries, make lunch, run errands 30 miles away, take granddaughter to dance class. Grateful for the love of my husband, for peace with others, and for starting the day pain-free. Make it a Marvelous Monday everyone!
