    Good morning everyone!
I'm working on the motovation to go to the convenience store to get an iced-coffee, black and a no-sugar cold black tea for later. In the meantime, I'm drinking a chilled bottle of water and thinking I'll have an Elevation chocolate/peanut butter protein bar, (Aldi's brand,) for breakfast. My appetite hasn't kicked in just yet though. I think I need that coffee to get my motor running! :-)

    1. Hi Cel!
We each had a fasting day last week. Although, I started mine the evening prior.
My appetite was slow to kick in today, so I seriously considered doing another "fast " However, I want to eat a good and healthy meal and have electrolytes on hand to drink before I do another fasting day.
The last one, (my first,) ended on a low note because I was stressed about the blog migrating to google.
I want to give it another try and find out if there are any benefits to it for me, or none.
I'm preparing to start my fast Sunday evening.

  12. Yes, I find it to boost my energy level and gives me a day to get myself back on track for the rest of the week. I might join you on your next one Julie!

  14. Sometimes I do a day of mainly liquid fasting to reset my digestive track. I have to be careful practicing long fasts due to my history of disordered eating.

  15. Totally get that cel!! I just really need to reset and get back to a good frame of mind.at my age, I can’t just eat whatever I want whenever I want, and that’s the struggle I’m having to deal with since my whole life I’ve been able to do just that!

  16. I'm ready to begin my fast after supper this evening. Looking forward to the freedom of not having to mentally focus on what my meals will be for 24hrs.😀
