WE/Whole Health Plan
A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action.
You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."
The key to getting there lies in: Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

Sorry I was MIA yesterday. Had a rough morning at work and afternoon after work.
ReplyDeleteMy family friend was in the hospital on oxygen and IV antiniotics for his severe pneumonia. Hes back home now. I dont agree with him being sent home after just an over night stay.
Esp since his 02 was still low being on oxygen when I saw him yesterday AM.
Hes been texting me today because he still is feeling very unwell. I may recommend he go to a diff hospital nearby. Ours is very understaffed and overcrowded and I think unfortunately it is starting to affect patient care.
I had a bad OCD meltdown from a snowball of things after work.
It just got worse trying to talk about it.
Today im still not doing great but trying.
Jack is doing really well now being more out and about. He comes downstairs when I get home from work (doesnt hreet me at door like Chesh does. Takes him anout 10-15mins but he is now coming down to get some can food despite dog being in kitchen etc)
Matilda continues to spend nights upstairs with us all now ❤️
Happy week is almost over. Trhing to make it through without using an FMLA day between my body and mind not being in good shape.
🙏 Prayers for your family friend and for a more peaceful mind for you.
DeleteIt's been a good, yet long day. I'm tired and headed to bed.
ReplyDeleteTake care Friends! 🤗
