FR/Whole Health Plan

QUOTE OF THE DAY

A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action.

You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."

The key to getting there lies in:  Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

Celina has shared to pics of the newest furry family member, (named, Jack,) and provided this comment:

"Top pic is one I got of him hiding in living room. Lower pic was from shelter site. Hes actually a big boy. Hes a gorgeous kitty. ❤️❤️"

  1. Worked then went to the shelter. 14 yrs ago i buried my one eyes cat Jonesy. Today I brought home my new one eyed fur baby Jack. He is very shy and timid. Right now he is hiding in the living room behind the couch. Letting him just get used to our everyday noises.
Cleaned after I got him settled in and rescheduled with my coworker til tomorrow afternoon (she wanted to come over after dinner but Ive been up since before 4am thats a bit late for me today!)
Will email a pic of him!

    1. Jack is a good name. What does Chesh think of the newcomer?
I'm sure they'll get used to each other with time. My Tyler isn't good with other cats.
I will await the picture to imbed in this post.
Relax and sleep well tonight. 🤗

    3. Chesh and Matilda just want to spend time with him! But hes not having it yet! Cheshy was trying to get in the carrier with him when i first got him home and Matilda's going crazy right now in the living room that he wont come out from behind the couch! I keep trying to tell her she needs to calm down or else he really wont come out 😂😂
