SA/Whole Health Plan
A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action.
You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."
The key to getting there lies in: Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

Happy August! (Where did summer go?)
ReplyDeleteI was up early/barely slept due to a bloated painful belly all night. I drank soda at work yesterday so I think that along with over pushing my body caused some issues.
But! I feel much better this morning.
Vacuumed, cleaned bathroom and litterbox. Walked downtown and back (about a mile).
Right now outside with Matilda having a homemade iced chai tea.
Might chainsaw down a small tree in driveway today lol. I am going to try and use it on the thick ivy thays invasive and ruining my wooden fence too. (Borrowed my brothers battery operated light one)
Tomorrow opting out of going to pow wow over an hour away so i can do grocery shopping, laundry, and probably mow lawn if i dont do that today. Maybe do that today.
Update: mowed the lawn about to cut down trees. I hate that my brain is always in "survival mode" because i literally dont know how to relax.
DeleteGlad you're feeling better.
DeleteI use my fidget spinner constantly to combat anxiety and it does help me relax.
I haven't had an iced chai tea in a long time. They are delicious! I'm going to get me one tomorrow.
Getting ready for work 3p-11p. Once again no direct deposit. The check should be in my mailbox today. So Monday I will be making a trip to the bank.
Im sorry they messed up your pay again!! Have a good shift! My mom and i have matching fidget rings lol. It does help me a little but I cant wear it all the time (yardwork, working it causes issues with getting water under it with the thick band, etc) but i do wear it doing errands to help.
DeleteOh Julie, I’m so sorry you are still struggling with pay issues! I hope you are having a good shift.
DeleteThanks to both of you!
DeleteIt's been a quiet and good shift thus far. Only 4 more hours to go! 😀
Also JimmyJams love the chart you posted yesterday. Like I said, Im always on my electrolyte game and keeping the fine balance. I think its super important to note the dangers of hyponatremia, hyperkalemia, hypermanganesemia, etc. It can be just as dangerous to be too low in salt (seizures, etc) and too high in other minerals (cardiac arrest in extreme cases). Why balance is so important, which I think us ladies here all work very hard at 💪💪💪 and why coming to see your phlebotomist for blood draws is so important ;)
