WE/Whole Health Plan
A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action.
You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."
The key to getting there lies in: Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

Just read all your comments from yesterday/ posts. I also read stuff on Eating Well! I love their recipes! I find I even tweak some a little to make them even lower sodium/carb or just to fit my dietary restrictions with allergies and such. Frozen veggies are also another option I use but lately my gastroparesis/intestine issues have been having a harder time with them so they havent been as easy.. although I do have a bag of cauliflower I could steam and make soup or mash out of or roast til theyre very soft on inside and crispy on outside. I like to use frozen beans to make "green bean fries" in air fryer too. Just the beans after theyve been cooked in steamer bagwith a lil seasoning and pop them in. Those dont always bother my belly either. I guess Ive just been too lazy to cook much with how busy Ive been 😂. I do plan to make some roasted radishes from my garden today or tomorrow as well :)
ReplyDeleteHoping to get through to the FMLA place this AM before I start cleaning and putting together my new shoe/coat rack and shelves.
Gonna have a nice dance party while I get stuff done too!
Have a good day everyone!
Glad to hear your niece is doing better, Linda. I hope she continues to take care of herself!
Called as soon as they opened at 9am. Over 30 mins on hold and i hung up -_-
DeleteTry again while you're off work. It's only going to get worse tomorrow and Friday. Put your phone on speaker so you can at least move around while waiting for them to pick up. Frustrating as all get out I know. 😡
DeleteI was off yesterday and today. Thats why i was able to call so early. I put my phone on speaker and did other stuff but didnt want to spend all day off on hold.
DeleteHumidity level is actually bearable today. 🌞
ReplyDeleteGrocery shopped and got potatoes, white onions, baby carrots, chickpeas, apples, bananas, no-salt seasoning, tortilla's, and milk. Still need bottled water, and tuna, which I will get at Dollar General tomorrow as I need a pen with a light from Dollar Tree for work and they're next to each other.
It's been so long since I had a banana that I really enjoyed having one after I got home. I'll have apple slices later.
I just munched on some baby carrots and Bella stole a few of them. Too funny to see her munching on one and trying to not show me that she was. 😆
Cel, I hope you got through to FMLA.
Looking forward to my 3rd. Dash Health Webinar tomorrow. If I learn new or interesting things, I will share them with you my friends.
I hope everyone has a good evening and gets a good night's sleep tonight! 🫂
Good luck with FMLA, Cel! I’m with Julie, put the phone on speaker and do some chores. Can’t wait to see what else we all learn from Julie’s webinar. Big task for the day, getting rid of stuff! Gathered every dead battery and lightbulb in the house and took to hazardous waste drop off. I usually toss them in the garage til later. Today was “later”! Then I gathered clothes that don’t fit, some unused kitchen stuff and some cat things mine don’t like and dropped at a thrift store benefiting one of our animal rescues. Need to keep that momentum going! Everyone stay safe and cool!
