Worked late today. Oddly slow day! Maybe its our high heat index.

Low 90s today with real feel of 101. Tomorrow will be 100 without the "real feel" thats the actual temp!

I was getting dizzy after I got home today. So after i swept and watered garden (so.e stuff was still wet from our down pours for hours but some was already dried out) got on couch with compression boots.

I got dizzy this afternoon too. Currently it's 95' with 'feels like' at 103'. Hard to keep hydrated with such high heat when I had to be out of the house driving and for orientation.
DeleteOh it’s just scary when folks with special needs or medical conditions go missing . We have hot weather here too. I started keeping a small styrofoam cooler in my car and take extra water everywhere. Stay cool friends!

ReplyDeleteOrientation went well, but lasted 11/2 hrs. longer than anticipated. It's all good though as we are getting paid for it. Verified this!
I train from 7a-3p tomorrow. Not sure if I train on Friday and go solo on Saturday yet.
