TH/Whole Health Plan

  QUOTE OF THE DAY

A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action

You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."

The key to getting there lies in:  Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

  1. Sending positive vibes your way Cel. 🤗❤️ I wish you well with your dental appointment today. I hope you'll soon find relief from the pain, infections, tummy issues!
Looking forward to my 2nd. DASH webinar today at noon. I have been using the controlled breathing exercise a lot for stress. It does work. Even more with my fidget spinner! 😁
    Wishing everyone a good day!

  2. Cel I hope they can resolve that tooth issue for you quickly. I had a cracked root canal a few years ago and they are no fun. Julie, enjoy that webinar and feel free to share any great recipes or tips. Staying in again as our heat wave continues. Have a good day friends.

    1. Informative health webinar today. I will have to listen to the recorded message again as I am still mind-blown by how many servings of fruits and veggies each day. It's more than you might think. I will share that info tomorrow after listening to it again. I will also share a recipe for a summer crisp using blueberries and peaches.
It's so hot here! Currently 90' at 7pm. with "feels like" 99'. 🥵 I am lying down in my air-conditioned bedroom and Bella is sacked out on the floor. We will go outside after sunset.
      Have a good evening Friends!

  3. Thank you ladies so much ❤️❤️❤️ Theyre going to pull one tooth (we only focused on one tooth today will schedule full exam on another day) but I need cardiology clearance first. So i have to bring them the form tomorrow while Im at work (good thing I work right down the hall). The staff was very nice, esp the dental asst. She was comforting me while I cried a lot lol.
After my appt came home and vacuumed and cleaned litterbox and took a walk down trail behind cemetery. Needed some time in the woods to woosah.
Spent time on deck with Matilda now looking at clock going oh man already 4pm!!
Its been a long week. Had a good talk with my lead when she made a visit today to our site.
2 more days then a day off. I need it!
I appreciate you ladies so much.
Happy for a sunny day today and next few days are supposed to be as well!

  4. Glad you are at least starting the process. The oral surgeon that removed mine took less than 5 minutes getting it out and it came out in pieces. Didn’t feel a thing until the numbness wore off. By then I was home with drugs. Wishing you similar success.

    1. Best wishes with the tooth extraction. Thank goodness you're just having to deal with one tooth at a time. Less time in the dental chair should help a bit.
