TH/Whole Health Plan

  QUOTE OF THE DAY

A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action

You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."

The key to getting there lies in:  Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

  1. Final day off before back to work for a day. Im mentally struggling today. But pulled my big girl panties up and made myself go out in public and get some cat food/dog treats and some yogurt and broth and body armor and met up with my mom in the shopping plaza. We went through the grocery stores together. She got me some catalina crunch when we were in walmart 🥹 and then she went to Marshalls and I went into Five Below (never been) and got a perfume and just browsed.
Cleaned more this morning and washed and dried couch linens.
Gonna have some soup rn and then watch a nostalgic movie and maybe color.
Sneezing TONS today. Not sure whats bothering my allergies esp since its been raining since Tuesday.
Was going to sit down and get a drink and people watch after grabbing a few things earlier but I really just wanted to get home :(

Going to steambrush Matilda too. Poor girl is shedding so much this summer.

  2. Rainy day here and it was needed! Currently have 47 brushfires burning near me.
Last Saturday at work, the smoke was heavy in the air. Thankfully, the one started by lightening last week that was creeping up to my neighborhood has been extinguished.
Today's health webinar talked about the minerals our bodies need like potassium, magnesium, and sodium.
Also there was a cooking demo for Texas cowboy caviar that looked good. I'm going to make it once I get the ingredients. It will be my first time trying black-eyed peas, though I have been looking at them lately. Lol!
I will post some info on it tomorrow.
    Wishing everyone a good evening!
