  QUOTE OF THE DAY

A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action

You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."

The key to getting there lies in:  Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

    1. I hope you got the FMLA squared away.
Great to listen to your body and not overdo and pay for it the next few days.
Have a relaxing evening and I hope the rest of your work week is smooth sailing. 😎

    1. Still trying to wrap my brain around the amount of fruits And vegetables on the dash diet. I thought I could only have 2 fruits a day as an adult.
"The DASH diet recommends 4 to 5 servings of fruits and 4 to 5 servings of vegetables daily, totaling 8 to 10 servings combined. " 🫨
I'll put the summer crisp recipe in the post.

    2. That fruit crisp looks good! My cardiologist is a fan of the dash diet. I try to keep an eye on my sodium intake by tracking what I eat on chronometer.

    3. I watch my sodium too and it has made a difference in my blood pressure readings.
I'm still surprised to learn that I could have more fruit in a day. So many delicious options! 🍎🍌🫐🫐🍉 Lol!
