TH/Whole Health Plan
A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action.
You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."
The key to getting there lies in: Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

I have vitamin D deficiency, so will be taking a weekly pill for a few months to get it under control.
ReplyDeleteThe knee news isn't great. Definitely arthritis, which I knew, possible osteoporosis, which I have to take a DXA scan to determine. Yesterday's x-ray showed possible loss of bone.
I will deal with whatever comes next. 😎
I hope all of you are having a good day. 🌞🌻🫂
Update Knee: Arthritis, (osteopenia-just got the diagnosis,) Still need DXA scan to determine if it has progressed to osteoporosis.
DeleteOooph Im sorry, JimmyJams. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis 2 or 3 years ago. Its pretty bad in my hip and lower back and it definitely causes pain daily. Hopefully they can help you with it. The vitamin D will be a good thing to have on board for a lot of reasons!
DeleteKeep your chin up as you navigate all these stressful new diagnosis 🫂❤️❤️
Thank you Cel!
DeleteI'm sorry that you've already been on this journey for several years now! We can lean on each other as needed. ❤️🫂
Worked today. Came in to an email with a really pleasant surprise. A coworker recognized me for helping a patient and their family member when the patient needed a wheelchair (i got the wheelchair from an entrance and brought the patient down to the ground floor front door for her family member that had her walker to try and maneuver to make the trip easy for them) it really was nice to read her recognition 🥰
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your kind words yesterday, JimmyJams! My bloodsugar tanked after work today for some reason so I am taking it easy right now and hydrating and nibbling.
Worked late since it was my batching day. It wasnt bad at all.
Finally Friday tomorrow and beautiful weather (to me) today and tomorrow!
Awesome that you got well-deserved recognition! I know there are tons more instances in which you put extra effort into helping patients, family members, and co-workers that you don't get recognized for. Thank you for what you do and for putting "human" into medical care! Keep being you...because you're amazing!
DeleteGlad you're having pleasant weather!
I'm looking forward to the weekend too.
