MO/Whole Health Plan

 QUOTE OF THE DAY

A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action

You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."

The key to getting there lies in:  Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

  1. Happy Monday! Woke up early to heavy thunderstorms and a flood warning for the area. Indoor activity will be today’s agenda. Laundry, a little house cleaning, and prep for tomorrow’s pre-finance meeting. Hope this finds everyone well.

    2. No damage. Three inches of rain. Went out briefly and cleaned drains for the next round. Don’t think it will be too bad here but it’s better to be prepared. Headed out to a meeting shortly and then pjs & recliner the rest of the evening
