Except for walking the front yard with Bella and 4 aisles at Publix grocery store, not much other walking because my knee has decided it didn't like the flight of stairs yesterday after all. ☹️ It is aching so I am resting and about to take an ibuprofen 600.

I'm blessed and very grateful for my window AC unit in my bedroom. 🙌
Some cool goes out into the hall too since I leave the door ajar to allow Tyler entry when he wants it.

DeleteWorked today. Walked in to our back (including my draw station) a complete disaster area. And it wasnt from girls that worked Saturday. So someone got into our lab. Not good.

Yesterday was a very stressful day by the end. Its hard with dads dementia/alcoholism. I know I dont mention it much. But any holiday etc is just getting harder. Him and my brother and stepmom just fight.
Just called insurance. Had to reopen my case they CLOSED!! (without resolving)
Taking time to just inwind on the couch on this rainy day. Grateful for my furbabies and couch time.
I'm thankful for my fur babies too despite them being so spoiled. They give me reason to keep on keeping on!
