 QUOTE OF THE DAY

A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action

You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."

The key to getting there lies in:  Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

    3. It's been a good day for me, can't complain! 🌞
I'm staying cool because I can go into my bedroom where the AC is whenever I feel too hot in other rooms of the house. Away from home it's "Hot! Hot! Hot!" 🥵

  2. I’ve been a bit off track lately and my body and soul feel it. Back to making a list to help focus and actually accomplish something. Also more vigilant tracking of what I’m eating. I think that a good chunk of my “derailment feeling”. Positive vibes today for all of us!

  3. Worked today. Lost 3 more lbs of that fluid weight thanks to rest! Hoping working today doesnt derail the progress my body just made.
After work swept and cleaned bathroom. Feeling really tired/fatigued and still a lil stuffy so just resting now. No actualy exercise today but did hit my step goal!

    1. Hitting your step goal is enough considering your body is "fighting" cold germs and trying to equalize to it's standard functioning mode.
Continue to rest as much as you can Friend as you have to work Saturday this week and will only have a single day off. 🫂❤️
