WE/Whole Health Plan
A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action.
You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."
The key to getting there lies in: Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

Goals: devotions, outside walk(if not too windy), dust, vacuum, attend a visitation for a classmate of my husband. Grateful for warmer temps, prayer, and great labs/report yesterday! Make it a Wonderful Wednesday!
ReplyDeleteI hope you got your walk in Cindy.
DeleteFantastic news on your lab reports!
🙏 Prayers for the family of your husband's classmate.
Goals: Morning meditation, walk, respite care group, vacuum furniture, tackle some spring cleaning. Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteBlass you Linda for your work with the respite group!
DeleteWorked today. Had a moment in the 1:1 with my supervisor where i just kinda broke down in tears because I have been feeling burnt out. It was embarrassing but I guess good for her to know.
ReplyDeleteShe always only has great things to say about me/to me so it was otherwise good.
After work spent time out in the sun with Matilda. Wanted to walk her but it was still a bit chilly with the wind so exercised indoors instead after I cleaned. Hopefully by end of week itll be warm enough.
Next week should be for sure.
Halfway through the week. Grateful for that.
I’m glad you have a supportive supervisor! Medical jobs are hard. Chronic medical conditions make life more challenging. I’m in total awe that you balance all that together. Sending vibes of love and thanksgiving for your amazing strength!
