You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."
The key to getting there lies in: Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.


Goals: devotions ✔️attend my Bible study group, vacuum, attend my granddaughter’s spring concert tonight. Grateful for a rain shower on the way, budding trees, and tulips popping up! Make it a Thankful Thursday!

DeleteWorked today. Set myself up my own station at the back draw station (normally I hop station to station everyday.. and I said ya know what? I SHOULD have my own spot!) So got in plenty of steps at work. Also took a short walk on my 15 min break. After work vacuumed, cleaned litterbox, cleaned bathroom. Sunny and in mid 50s so took Matilda on a walk. She was a happy puparoo. Stretched when we got back.

Now I am showered and on the couch relaxing :)

I do! I really like my own little station i made up now.
DeleteAwesome! Keep having your own station then, if you can. Whatever you can do to help the work be more manageable is worthwhile in my opinion.
