MO/Whole Health Plan
A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action.
You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."
The key to getting there lies in: Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

Goals: here early to get kids to school/daycare as my DIL has a migraine ๐, devotions, walk outside, take hubby to pick up someone’s vehicle, meet friends for supper tonight. Grateful for purpose, grace, and control. Make it a Marvelous Monday!
ReplyDeleteGoals: Morning meditation, eye dr appointment, Costco, laundry, try to get a walk in, mop floors, clean baths. Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteWorked today. Found out some of my bloodwork results. Positive rheumatoid arthritis and positive ANA. Still waiting on some of the ANA stuff to result but a possibility could be APS or Lupus. Inflammation markers obv elevated. Had a very hard stick at the end of the day. My coworker and i had to stick him 5 times to get all his tubes (he had a lot and fragile veins) so we could only get a few tubes at a time before having to take out the needle.
ReplyDeleteDrove after work to see corpse flower. It wasnt in bloom. But they are supposed to text me when they can tell its about a day out.
Home with a face mask and relaxing now after i cleaned.
Sorry about the RA as I have that.
Delete๐ Prayers and best wishes on the other results and further testing as needed. ♥️
So sorry about the labs. RA is tough as are all those other autoimmune disorders. All positive vibes heading your way. Hope you get to see the corpse flower. They are very cool.
DeletePrayers for whats ahead, cel๐
