Good Morning! Hoping all is well with everyone. It will be a drizzly, cool day here so looking to work indoors. Goals: Morning meditation, normal Monday cleaning chores, give a friend a ride to visit her husband in the hospital (one of the grandsons will take her home), gym or in home workout-recommendations welcome. DeleteWorked this AM. Had to use my scraper this morning even with warming the car up a little such thick frost!!! Ugh!
ReplyDeleteWas soooo busy. Went and just sat in my car in silence for a few on my 15 min break 😂😂
Didnt get any actual "exercise" in today but emded my shift with almost 7k steps so not too worried about it today.
Vacuumed and cleaned litter box after work. Stretched. Just did my compression boots. Felt great!

I too have taken refuge in the solitude of my car on days when there are to many people and activity sending me into overstimulation.
