The key to getting there lies in: Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.


Goals: devotions, work at library all day. Grateful for safe travels, for my grandson‘s basketball season, (even though they lost in their last district final), and for strength in my future. Make it a Terrific Tuesday!

DeleteWorked today. It was a good shift. Got in my short indoor stair laps. Cold and snowy out. Got out on time today too!
ReplyDeletePeed out over 4 lbs of fluid last night! Still few more to go.
After work took out recycling and swapped barrels. Swept and cleaned bathroom.
Exercised for a short bit inside. Now relaxing :)
What a relief I'm sure to have all that fluid off you!
