QUOTE OF THE DAY

A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action

You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."

The key to getting there lies in:  Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

  1. Woke up at 3am 😂🤷‍♀️
    Laid around til 5am.
Laundry is almost done. Swept. Made some salt free pickles. My gastroparesis is acting up bad from my bodys stress response and i had 2 and a half cukes in the fridge. Pickles are easier to digest than raw cuke and will last longer didnt want to waste food :(
4 of 6 lbs off me from resting yesterday (yep was back up that much again) but according to my smart scale I somehow gained another lb of muscle 😂😂 not sure how! I dont mind gaining muscle though for sure!
Going to be aroubd mid 50s today but still going to take the day to rest. Tomorrow and Tuesday even warmer and sunny!!! (Today is a bit drizzly)
Going to take more time to read along with doing my nails after laundry is done.
