I definitely did not rest enough yesterday and I am feeling it today (and scale definitely showed it too.. i have had really high step counts/active days while being sick and my body is ANGRY). Going to try to be better about it today. Did a little cleaning, watered plants, and steam brushed the furbabies. Laundry is almost done and then just couch time. On the couch now waiting for dryer to finish.
