SU/Whole Health Plan

QUOTE OF THE DAY

A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action

You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."

The key to getting there lies in:  Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

  3. Woke up early this morning, fed cats, made coffee and watched an adorable baby opossum on my back patio. After church made lunch using some store brand mushroom raviolis. They were faaar better in theory than on my plate. It’s good to try new stuff but sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Cel’s egg white bake would have been a much better lunch. Tucked in for the afternoon. Home made tuna salad will be supper. Have a great Sunday!

    1. Opossum babies are quirky cuties!
Sorry your mushroom ravioli didn't pan out.
You're right that it's good to try new things though.
      Have a relaxing evening.
