WE/Whole Health Plan
A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action.
You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."
The key to getting there lies in: Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

Happy Wednesday everyone! The mall we were going to go to today had a fire last night 😱 fortunately it seems no one was hurt. But it does seem it will be closed so trying to figure out our new plan for the day!
ReplyDeleteVacuumed, cleaned litter box, and cleaned bathroom this AM.
Been in a mild flare up since the weekend but managing okay!
Cant wait for a nice day out today!
I sure you will create a grand plan B! Enjoy your day out and don’t overdo.
DeleteJust being together and enjoying one another's company is wonderful regardless of the chosen destination.
DeleteI hope you, your Mom & peanut had a really good day together! ❤️
Goals: walk, morning meditation, volunteer at respite care program, hope to get some laundry done & bathrooms cleaned today. Willow got a birthday card yesterday from Chewy. I had almost forgotten she turns 11 in mid to late Feb. She’s a “foster failure”.
ReplyDelete☘️🥳 Happy Birthday to Willow!
DeleteMy Tyler will be 14, (I think as he was a stray,)this November.
Thank you and bless you dear heart for volunteering for respite care!
Wishing you a relaxing evening.
Goals: devotions ✔️court house to turn over my mom’s car to my son✔️stay with grandson following a fever, play for Lenton Ash Wed service tonight. Grateful for one more day of no coat weather before winter returns tomorrow, for checks on my list today, and for rest. Make it a Wonderful Wed!
ReplyDeleteMy area is going to get another blast of winter Monday and Tuesday, so I will enjoy these warm temps until then.
DeleteI feel like I've had a "productive" day when I "check" even 2 or 3 things on my "to-do" list. 😁
