Goals: devotions ✔️weightlifting script, prepare at church organ, read, do better with no snacking, play for church tonight. Grateful for a BB win last night, for angels in my day, and for friends near and far. Make it a Wonderful Wednesday!
ReplyDeleteWorked today. Didnt get my walk in at work despite some warmer temps due to busy day but got lots of steps in.
ReplyDeleteCame home knocked down icicles, swept, emptied dishwasher, and exercised indoors after some time outside with Matilda.
Now relaxing. Bad headache and back pain setting in.
