    Goals: devotions, Bbsit youngest on his 2 nd birthday following a fever yesterday, attend bookclub lunch and cards when his mom takes over. Another day of not being able to do weights or take a walk and it’s starting to catch up with me. I haven’t been eating very good. either! time to knock off the snacks. Grateful for Grace Grands, and Gratefuls. make it a terrific Tuesday.

      Oh, Cindy. Be gentle with yourself. Life has been A LOT lately. You have time to get back on track. Dont add more stress onto your plate. I know exercise and eating healthy does help us feel better, but dont beat yourself up either!

  2. Worked this AM after waking up and not being able to fall back asleep at 2am. It was a long day lol. Did laps up and down stairs and across hospital during my 15 min break.
    Came hone and swept and exercised and stretched.
    Bed early for this gal!

    2. Thank you both for your supportive kind words. I thought of you Cel when my mom was in the hospital and I would take walks up and down and around. I came up with a path on cold days when I couldn’t walk outside
