You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."
The key to getting there lies in: Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.


Goals: devotions ✔️play for church, choir, and Sunday School, walk in the school gym, clean bathrooms, make a meal for a friend following hip surgery. Grateful for good sleep, good health, and good weather. Make it a Super Sunday!

Took Matilda for the ride to the store/gas station this AM for a couple things. Got car/trash barrels, etc ready for blizzard conditions coming in. Finished laundry. Vacuumed and cleaned litterbox and cleaned bathroom in case no time tomorrow. Anticipate being stuck at work later and a very bad ride home.

Everyone please pray for me. They are making us go in tomorrow and we are in a blizzard warning now. Up to 3" per hour overnight/early morning with barely any visibility. I am so nervous for my drive in and home.
