SA/Whole Health Plan

  QUOTE OF THE DAY

A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action

You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."

The key to getting there lies in:  Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

  1. Happy Saturday all! Our 1-3in of snow turned into a bit more (theres nowhere to put it!!) Shoveled twice today and cleaned off car twice. Temps will be below zero (before windchill!) Tonight and everything is going to freeze fast soon.
Folded and put away laundry after it was done in dryer. Vacuumed, cleaned litter box, cleaned bathroom, mopped a little, took out trash and some recycling, exercised a little.
    Im very sore and tired.
Its only 1230pm and all that is done though!
Havent heard about xray yet and waiting for bloodwork to result still.
Hope you are all safe, happy, well, and warm!

    2. All results came back normal which is *good* but not sure why Im having so much breathing issues if no infection/pneumonia, etc..Ill take a mucinex tonight to see if it helps at all?
I did have some low electrokytes (one so low they may call Monday and try to send me to ER) but I took my douretic before appt and had no food or drink for hours between then and xrays, ekgs, bloodwork.. all the things. So probably why it was so low. (2.9 potassium and borderline hyponatremia with 132)
      See what happens Monday 🤷‍♀️
Just happy no major infection or PE.

    4. I have trouble with the small typing box on my phone too. Lol!
I didn't think of Mucinex. 👍 I will get some tomorrow and see if that will get rid of the persistent yuck in my lungs.
Have a relaxing evening and stay warm!
