MO/Whole Health Plan

QUOTE OF THE DAY

A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action

You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."

The key to getting there lies in:  Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

    1. So glad your site closed! Was just thinking of you. Be careful if you go out. Praying for all my friends and family in the path of that storm.

    4. I'm staying warm. Feels like temps will be in the 20's overnight.
I miss my daily 1 mile walks which, I still can't do because of my knee. I am up to 3/4 mile walking around the yard with the dog. The knee is getting stronger, but seems to be taking so long. I carry a cane with a strap in case my knee decides to give out mid-yard. 😀

  2. Goals; devotions✔️meet friends for a bible study, weight lifting script, clean kitchen, mail moms taxes, take supper to a friend following hip surgery. Grateful to hear the birds, see the sun, and feel the love. Make it a Magical Monday!
