TH/Whole Health Plan

  QUOTE OF THE DAY

A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action

You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."

The key to getting there lies in:  Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

Grateful my mom didn’t get hurt when she fell out of her recliner about 1 AM ,no idea how😢 now has an alarm and camera in her room, for strength and grace. Make it a Thankful Thursday!

  2. It’s turned into a busier week than I anticipated. I’ve had commitments almost every day that have eaten most of my time. Today I have a wellness visit with my pcp, will get morning meditation in, meeting at church after pcp, & zoom call tonight at 6:30. Probably won’t get walk in. May get a few basic chores in, but thinking laundry and serious cleaning will have to wait til tomorrow. Hope everyone is staying safe & warm.
