SU/Whole Health Plan

  QUOTE OF THE DAY

A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action

You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."

The key to getting there lies in:  Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

  2. πŸ™πŸ› Prayers of warmth and safety for all those experiencing dangerous weather conditions.
I'm hoping I don't get tonsillitis with the extreme temperature changes my area of Florida is having.
Currently 84', but down to 32' overnight Monday. These wide temp swings tend to make my throat sick. Hoping for the best, have soothing tea in-house just in case.
Lifting Cindy in prayer and sending a virtual hug. πŸ™πŸ€—♥️

  4. Sorry I haven’t checked in. It’s been quite a whirlwind. My beautiful mom went to Jesus on Friday night about 930. She left the world with the best nurse she could’ve had. I am working through all the plans and decisions. her funeral will be held Friday up in my hometown. I have tremendous strength right now, thanking God for bringing her home to her parents, her husband ,and her son. bless you all, for your supportπŸ™❤️
