MO/Whole Health Plan

  QUOTE OF THE DAY

A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action

You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."

The key to getting there lies in:  Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

  1. Going to start by sending Cindy a giant virtual hug πŸ«‚πŸ«‚πŸ«‚❤️❤️. So sorry for the loss of your mom. I know you will find some comfort in the peace she is in now, though that wont mean you wont miss her dearly. You have been an amazing daughter to her and she will be shining down brightly on you. ❤️
Woke up and could barely open screen door. Had to squeeze out of it to shovel to open it and get Matilda out. She didnt want to go potty because of the almost 2 feet of snow everywhere she didnt know what to do! So i stayed with her and didnt scold her when she piddled on the snow on the porch lol.
My mom is supposed to come up at some point today to help clear snow since Ive been so sick. We are still going to get another 1-4" today.
All of us called out of work today (they really should have closed our outpatient center) some of us wwre sick some of us were just not going in in almost 2 feet of snow!
Fortunate to still have power and warmth.
Have a good day everyone 🫢🫢

    1. I join in sending a virtual hug to Cindy, πŸ«‚ ♥️
πŸ™ Lifting Cindy in prayer and hoping she can find comfort and peace in knowing her Mom has reunited with her parents, husband, son, and will greet her dutiful and loving daughter one day with a strong, warm, loving embrace at Heaven's gate.
Cel, so good that you're home safe and have power! Wishing your Mom safe travel to you after the snow plows clear snow from roadways.
      Hang in there!
Spring will arrive soon, though it seems so far off at the moment.♥️

  2. Went to bed at 9:30pm. last night due to sinus drip throughout the afternoon and evening exhausted me.
Woke 2hrs. later with throat starting to hurt.
Took a dose of alka-seltzer cold/flu medicine. Tyler thought since I was up, he should get a feeding! 🐱Meow, Now!
The medicine hit hard and I went back to bed at 12:30am. Tyler didn't "pester" me the rest of the night, and I slept until 6:30am.
I don't have work obligations today so the plan is to rest and hydrate as much as possible.
