You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."
The key to getting there lies in: Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

Goals: devotions✔️play for church, visit mom, weightlifting script, read, rest. Grateful the dense fog has lifted, that this high wind hasn’t caused any damage here, and for Jesus my Savior. Make it a Super Sunday!

Happy Sunday! Spent some great quality time with family yesterday, especially with my niece which was amazing.
ReplyDeleteThis morning braved the single digit temps to get cat food and a couple house necessities and gas in my car.
Home now having a hot cup of decaf coffee with sf pumpkin spice creamer I decided to treat myself to :)
Just have to sweep and put away gifts from yesterday and gonna spend a day of self care (that definitely involves a heating pad for my back!) ❤️

ReplyDeleteCoffee, wasa cracker with 1tbs. natural peanut butter for breakfast✔️ Feed cat 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches, ( he has developed a habit of taking a few bites then walking away from his dish until I put it up, then he loudly demands I put it back out ☹️.)✔️

Quick trip to Dollar General for ☕hot cocoa mix as we are going from ,70's to 30's,this week. Brrr!
