You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."
The key to getting there lies in: Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

Goals:: devotions ✔️tend to my mom here at hospital✔️walk outside, transfer her to new facility this afternoon, head back home (3 hr)after she’s settled. Grateful she’s doing so well, for heart team managing her heart rate, for Gods BEST plan ahead. Make it a Terrific Tuesday!

DeleteWorked this AM. After work did some cleaning, enrolled in new health ins plan (so i can finally see my cardiologist again!), did some online xmas/bday shopping. Exercised indoors.
