My flare up is even worse today. Weight is way up, pain is worse, its hard to breathe, etc.
ReplyDeleteHave to avoid a lot of herbs/seasonings/etc today to gwr better then figure out what the culprit is. I have more and more trigger foods as the years go on. Im wondering if its a supplement Ive been taking or if its the cinnamon Ive been habing. I know I cant have a lot of ginger.
Still havent done much decortaing at all. Will try again today.
Snow coming Tuesday. Not looking forward to it! Lol! I know Im a New Englander but I am not built for our weather! (Except in summer)
Gonna try and practice self care and get better for work tomorrow.
