SA/Whole Health Plan
A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action.
You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."
The key to getting there lies in: Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

Foggy morning here. Temps are comfortable. Doggo and I did a loop around the neighborhood.
ReplyDeleteDevotions, prayers, gratitude journaling.
Enjoying a cup of coffee-black and "fending off" a very playful dog intent on being, "Queen of the house" this morning! Ha!
Open to whatever the day may bring. I don't have any plans this far.
Have a Superb Saturday Friends! π♥️
Hope you have a wonderful day!
DeleteSorry for not checking in yesterday! I worked in the morning came home for less than 2 hours and cleaned, started laundry, etc tried to fix my broken toilet handle (it broke in the AM before work!) then went back to work to help close cause of a call out. After that I met my brother at a chinese restaurant in town and had some egg drop soup.
ReplyDeleteThis morning ran some errands, cleaned, and my brother came over to look at handle. He is going to Lowes now to get the right handle I need and will be back tomorrow to install it.
Going to have a relaxing day now on this rainy Saturday.
Read the good news about Cindy's mom! So happy to "hear" it! Will continue to keep you all in my thoughts as her healing journey continues!
Thank you! All continues to improve, can’t believe I have her all the way back!
DeleteGoals: devotions ✔️attend to my mom, walk outside on this warm day. Grateful that she will be moving up a floor for rehab to begin on Monday, that God willing, I can get home next week for church and TG with my family, and for strength in this sad hospital critical care area. Make it a Satisfying Saturday
ReplyDeleteπ♥️ Continued prayers for you, your Mom and the family. Also praying for comfort and strength for the other patients and families in the hospital
DeleteCritical care units are "sad and difficult" when you are worried about your loved one and also feel sorry for those patients not doing well and their upset families.
I was grateful for my Dad's PT time because I could go outside and walk around for a "break" from the "atmosphere."
Sending a virtual bear hug Friend! π§Έπ€♥️
Got it, Julie! Just took a beautiful 2mile walk around outside. Went by my great aunts house..LOTS of great memories there❤️
DeleteI'm so glad you received my virtual bear hug and I hope it helped ease your stress if only for a moment.
DeleteI hope the long walk and visiting your Great Aunts house helped to refresh your mind and spirit!
