MO/Whole Health Plan
A healthy mind, body, and spirit requires constant attention and consistent action.
You may know what you want your overall health to "look like," but not how to "make it happen."
The key to getting there lies in: Creating daily, short-term, and long-term goals, Listing the steps needed to achieve those goals, and Tracking your progress.

New week! Goals: devotions✔️tend to my mom, walk the halls or outside, hopefully head home tonight(3hrs)after securing my mom in rehab today. Grateful for Gods plans, for amazing Drs and nurses, and for peace. Make it a Marvelous Monday!
ReplyDelete🙏 Prayers for a positive day and continued improvement for your Mom.
DeleteBe safe in your travel home!
I hope she gets into a wonderful rehab! Amazing shes already on her way to one from the hospital! Travel safe!
DeleteWell, everything changed today and they could not accept her at rehab right there in the hospital, so we found a wonderful hospital/rehab center there in Sioux Falls that we will move her to tomorrow afternoon. Praying that I can get home tomorrow night and get things ready for Thanksgiving.
DeleteSo sorry for the "curve-ball" of having to find an alternative rehab facility. Thankfully, you were able to though.
DeleteBest wishes with moving your Mom into rehab and the next phaze of her healing!
🙏 I continue to pray for your entire family.
Hang in there Friend!
God's got this! ♥️
Worked this AM. Braved the store after work (crowded!!) And cleaned when i got home. Exercised inside.
ReplyDeleteSometimes I just "can't" fathom entering the store when the parking lot is jam-packed. I have turned around and driven home many times because my social anxiety said, "Nope!"
DeleteSometimes I feel like I need a little of that social anxiety lol!
